anything on the return address to indicate

SHIPPING:
If any product is broken during shipping, you
must claim it with the carrier since you are paying
for shipping charges. I will include any shipping
paper work. If you should lose any paper work,
I will supply you with copies to help you.
CANCELLATION: Once
an order has been processed, should you decide
to cancel, you will be charged a $10.00 cancellation
fee.
